IRAN'S DECISION TO ENRICH URANIUM RAISES CONCERN




Serhat TUNAR -TDO- Iran's decision to raise its enriched uranium stock above the limit set in the nuclear agreementhas provoked reactions.

United States President Donald Trump said that Iran is playing with fire. In a statement from the White House it is stated that the US and its allies would not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons.

British Foreign Minister Jeremy Hunt said that Iran's break with the nuclear agreementis unacceptable, but Britain continues to support the agreement.

Germany's Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Iran's enriched uranium limit above the limit specified in the nuclear agreement is said to be worrying.

United Nations Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric said that Iran did not help to protect the agreement and added that the Iranian people would be deprived of concrete economic benefits.
