INDIAN FOOD DAYS BEGIN IN HILTONSA ANKARA




News Center-TDO-The Embassy of India, together with the Ankara Hilton Hotel, is organizing an Indian food festival at the Ankara Hilton Green House from 21 October to 24 October.

A large number of guests attended the event held at the Ankara HiltonSA Hotel hosted by Sanjay Bhattacharyya, Indian Ambassador to Ankara.

Embassy of India invited two chefs of the Ashok Hotels group of New Delhi, which works under India's Ministry of Tourism, Balram Jaiswal and Manoj Kumar, who have 15-20 years of experience, to Ankara to show case the flavours of North and East Indian cuisine.

Speaking at the event, Ambassador Bhattacharyya said that he was pleased to introduce the culinary culture of the north, south and west of India and said that a very special event started today.

Bhattacharyya stated that two very experienced chefs from India came to Ankara for the event and that on the other days of the event, different dishes that are specific to the country will be presented to the guests.

Food lovers can enjoy dishes such as Rogan Josh from North India, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka and famous Indian kebabs. In addition, they can taste delicacies such as Machhi Jhol (Fish Curry) from Bengal. The food festival will also serve vegetarian dishes from North India.
