DEBRIS OF LOST MYANMAR FLIGHT WAS FOUND




İlknur Şebnem Öztemel-TDO-08.06.2017- Earlier today, it was reported that a military plane that carries about 116 people went missing in Myanmar.

As an Air Force source reported, debris of the jet was founded soon after the launch of the search and rescue operation that involved six ships and three planes.

It is alleged that there were 106 passengers, including military personnel and family members and 14 crew members. 

The commander in chief’s office indicated that communication was lost with the plane at about 1:35 p.m. when it reached about 20 miles west of Dawei town, on the Andaman Sea.

The Chinese-made Y-8 transport plane left the coastal town of Myeik at 1:06 p.m. heading north to the city of Yangon.

The technical reason of the accident has not been revealed yet.
