Serhat TUNAR -TDO- British Deputy Prime Minister David Lidington, even if the Brexit agreement is ratified in parliament by specifying that there will be no time left on May 23 in the European Parliament elections will be attended by the UK announced.
Lidington stated that they wanted solve the Brexit problem before the elected MPs to officially started their duties in the European Parliament.
As is known, the Brexit date, which was first determined as 29 March, has already been postponed twice. Nevertheless, at the European Union summit held in Brussels last month, a consensus was reached between the two sides on flexible resettlement by 31 October.
European Parliament elections will be held throughout the European Union between the dates 23-26 May. The elected deputies will officially start their new duties on 2 July.
